PAYMENT
We currently accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

 

SHIPPING | Domestic

We ship within the USA via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Priority Mail. All orders include delivery confirmation. Priority Mail has a 2-3 day delivery time from the time it leaves our warehouse, and is generally very fast. FedEx Priority Overnight arrives by the afternoon the next day. To ensure next-day delivery, please place your order prior to 12pm PST. We recommend signature confirmation for all orders shipped to commercial addresses. Please contact us to request this, and this case we will adjust your invoice to reflect the upgraded shipping rate. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.

Orders are processed Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. All orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.

SHIPPING | International
For international purchases, we ship via USPS First Class Airmail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. First class airmail typically arrives in 2-3 weeks, but can be faster depending on your location. First Class Airmail does not include tracking of your package, but does provide a low-cost alternative for shipping internationally. Priority mail also comes in 1-2 weeks, but includes tracking. Express mail arrives within 5 days from leaving our warehouse, and includes both tracking and signature confirmation.

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS | Vintage Items

Due to the limited nature of these items, all vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories sold from Violet Boutique are non-returnable. Our vintage items are pre-worn and may show signs of age. If your item is grossly misrepresented, we will offer a store credit for the full purchase price, excluding shipping. These rare returns must be postmarked within 72 hours of the original delivery date and shipped via traceable and insured mail. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Please do not purchase vintage items to try on and return, as we provide accurate pictures and measurements for each piece. We maintain detailed photos and inspect each item carefully, so please be aware when requesting a return.

Returns for new items are accepted within 14 days for domestic and 21 days for international purchases from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED condition and with all tags attached. Please note that all accessories, eye wear and sale items are FINAL SALE.
